2. Its eating allowed during the cleanse?

One of the most important benefit of the cleanse is that your body gets “rest” from digesting and processing foods. We recommend a 100% juice cleanse, eating would slow down the cleansing process. When choosing to eat, we recommend that you choose raw fruits and vegetables and decaf herbal tea.

3. How often can I do a cleanse?

This may vary in specific circumstances, but usually you can do a cleanse as often as you would like. Its recommended to begin with a 3-5 day cleanse if you are new to juicing.

How to prepare your body before the cleanse:

24-48 hours prior to the cleanse we suggest you avoid:

Processed foods
Alcohol
Animal Protein
Sodas and Soft beverages
White flour
Artificial sweeteners/sugar
Excessive salt
Bread products

Can I exercise during the cleanse?

Sure! Practicing light exercises like yoga and walks are definitely a plus for your cleansing process. We suggest you limit the amount of heavy exercise you do in order to preserve energy, which will be used in the cleansing process. When practicing heavier physical activity just add some more calories to balance your energy levels.

Is it OK to cleanse if I’m pregnant or nursing?

While adding fresh, cold pressed, 100% juices is a GREAT addition to anyone’s diet, pregnant women should ALWAYS consult with their doctors.

Will I experience side effects with cleansing?

While some people don’t experience any side effects, most people do. Some common side effects are dizziness, changes in mood, headaches and or fatigue. These are normal. Give your body some time to make the necessary adjustments. You will soon feel A LOT better.

How much weight can I lose?

If the plan is followed, it is quite possible to lose 15-35 lbs in the 21 day period.
